These terms govern your use of services provided by Masterz Aircond Hq. By booking aircond service, repair, or installation with us, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide aircond services including:

Aircond servicing and cleaning
Aircond repair and diagnostics
Aircond installation (residential and commercial)
Aircond chemical overhaul
Commercial aircon services
Gas top-up and refrigerant work

Quotations and pricing

We provide transparent quotes before any work begins. Prices depend on unit type, horsepower, scope of work, and access. If the scope changes after work has started — for example, we find an additional fault — we stop, explain, and quote separately before proceeding.

Bookings and cancellations

Bookings can be made by WhatsApp, phone, or our contact form. We aim to provide same-day response during business hours. If you need to cancel, please give as much notice as possible so we can re-schedule another customer.

Work standards

We aim to deliver clean, neat workmanship on every visit. Every job includes a full cleanup of the work area. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, contact us promptly and we will rectify it.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and e-wallet payments. Maintenance contracts have their own billing schedule as specified at sign-up.

Warranty

Workmanship on installation and repair work is warranted for the period agreed at the time of service. Parts supplied by us carry the manufacturer's warranty. Damage from misuse, modification by other parties, or external factors is not covered.

Liability

We carry out work with reasonable care and skill. Our liability for damages arising from our work is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for consequential losses, business interruption, or third-party claims beyond this limit.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information about the unit and the issue
Provide safe access to the unit and outdoor condenser
Disclose any building management approvals required
Pay quoted amounts on completion

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be resolved through the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
